About Counseling
There are several areas in which I have concentrated my training and have gained the most experience.  
These include:

  • Mood Disorders - depression, anxiety, and mood swings
  • Self Esteem Issues
  • Grief Issues
  • Enhancing One's Communications Effectiveness
  • Stress Reduction
  • Issues of the Gay and Lesbian Population

I have learned over time, however, that all of these issues are connected to relationships. Therefore, I
have focused strongly on helping people function more successfully in their relationships, including
relationships with:

  • Children
  • Parents
  • Friends
  • Co-workers
  • Supervisors
  • Significant others

This may also include resolving conflicts from past relationships such as parents or "ex" life partners.  
Helping people deal more effectively with relationships also generally has a positive effect on the
psychological issues listed above.
